Barbara Smith

I was first licensed in New Jersey in 2003 after selling my advertising and marketing company, which I founded and ran for 10 years. In 2009, I became licensed in Pennsylvania to better serve my investor clients who were expanding their investment footprint. In early 2013, I successfully completed the New Jersey Broker's course and state exam. I've always had a passion for real estate, especially the investment side. My love of networking combined with my experience in marketing and advertising allow me to promote my clients’ properties to find buyers, or find investment opportunities for investors, often times before they hit the market. Open houses are one of my favorite vehicles for getting homes sold. After all, who better to tout the great features of your home than your listing agent!
